Announcement – due to Covid19 pandemic TAPSS 2020Trans-Atlantic Plastic Surgery Summit has been postponed until next year

New dates are:   18 – 20 June 2021

Reykjavík, 23 March 2020

Dear Colleagues,

After having carefully reviewed the current situation regarding COVID-19, it has been decided to postpone the TAPSS 2020 Summit and reschedule it for 18-20 June 2021 in Reykjavik and the location will be the same, Harpa Concert Hall and Conference Centre.  This applies to the Nordic Burn Meeting as well, which is rescheduled for 17–18 June 2021 and the Nordic Congress of Nurses in Plastic Surgery, which is rescheduled for 19 June 2021.

We would like to express our sincere thanks in advance to our delegates, faculty and industry partners for their understanding and support.  We hope that most of you are willing to commit to the new dates so we can keep changes to the program to a minimum.

As soon as practically possible, we will contact all registered delegates, abstract authors, faculty members, confirmed sponsors and exhibitors with further information. Until then, we thank you for your patience.

The need for education next year will likely increase greatly because of this year´s Covid-19 pandemic and we will do our utmost on making our 2021 Summit as successful as possible in any way.

We hope you all stay healthy and strong until then and we look forward seeing you in Reykjavík next year.

On behalf of
The Scandinavian Association of Plastic Surgeons, SCAPLAS
The American Society of Plastic Surgeons, ASPS and
